Green Aberdeen General Meeting

Treasurer’s Report: $1664.97 Approved

501 c 3- still working on this, Enno is chasing this. We will need to file a 990 online for taxes. Will need to do some reading up on this. Kim and Margaret might be able to help with it. Enno will send Margaret the EIN number to see if she can get it changed for us.
Events- Farmer’s Market done for the year.
Goals for 2018- 1) Survey of Aberdeen, Thereasa Stallings, on hold
2) Community Action, we’ve done numerous things in the community- Aberdeen Night Out, Farmer’s Market, Fallout Festival, etc.
3) Chautauqua- complete and a success.
Adopt a city street/neighborhood (Aberdeen City to start program)
Giveaways- pins/buttons, coasters out of old wood, magnets, seed paper, frisbees, cork coasters. Through voting and discussion we decided to go with Easton coaster and seed paper and a stamp.
Coasters- Time, a stamp, $50 donation, sealant or varnish about $85 100 coasters
Seed paper- $65 for 150 cards, stamp (from Amazon) 2 stamps.
Fundraisers- Jan or February, more snacks instead of meals this time. Members bring some snack stuff.
Christmas party for meeting in December 3rd from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, Committee members Kim, Rob, Margaret. They will decide where and what kind of party.
Annual meeting February 4th at 7:00, 6:00 potluck and birthday cake.
